No surprises, from first message to launch day.

Most projects that go wrong don’t fail on the code. They fail on a vague scope, a price that keeps moving and weeks with nothing to look at. This is how we avoid all three.

  1. 01

    Brief

You tell us what you need in your own words. A few lines are enough.

    What happens
We read your message, reply within one business day and set up a short call. We ask about the goal, what exists today, who will use it and your deadline.
    What you get
A clear answer on whether we’re the right fit, and a first idea of what is involved.
    What we need from you
The problem you want solved. Sketches, links to sites you like or an existing system all help, but none are required.
  2. 02

    Quote

Before any work starts, you get the whole plan in writing.

    What happens
We write down what will be built, feature by feature, with a fixed price, dated milestones and a note of what is not included. Where something is unclear, we ask rather than guess.
    What you get
A written scope, a fixed price and a timeline. The quote is free.
    What we need from you
A yes, a no, or changes. Nothing starts until you approve it.
  3. 03

    Build

You watch it take shape, one week at a time.

    What happens
We build in weekly steps on a private link. Each week there is a short demo of what is new, and your feedback goes straight into the following week.
    What you get
A working demo every week, and a reply within one business day whenever you write.
    What we need from you
Feedback while changes are still cheap, and content or access when a step calls for it.
  4. 04

    Launch

Going live is a checklist, not a leap.

    What happens
We test on real devices, run payments in live mode, set up backups and tracking, then put it on your domain. Your team gets a walkthrough.
    What you get
The finished product live under your accounts, with the code, logins and handover notes.
    What we need from you
Access to your domain and hosting, and a final sign-off.
  5. 05

    After launch

We don’t vanish on launch day.

    What happens
For 30 days we fix anything that isn’t working as agreed, at no extra cost. After that you can run it yourself or keep us on a monthly plan.
    What you get
30 days of fixes, then optional maintenance with a written monthly scope.
    What we need from you
Tell us what you notice. Real use always turns something up.

How pricing works

One price, agreed before we start.

We don’t publish a price list, because it would be wrong for most of the people who read it. What we can tell you is exactly how the price is set and when you pay.

  • Fixed, not hourly

You get one price for the agreed scope. If the scope doesn’t change, the price doesn’t either.

  • Paid by milestone

The project is split into milestones. You pay as each one is delivered and demoed, never far ahead of the work.

  • Changes are quoted first

Want something that wasn’t in the scope? We tell you what it adds in cost and time before we touch it.

  • What moves the price

The number of screens and features, the integrations, the level of design polish, how much content we prepare and how many platforms it runs on.

Guide: what decides the cost of a website or app

Staying in touch

You always know where things stand.

Four rules we keep on every project, whatever its size.

  1. One point of contact

You deal with the person building your project, not a relay of account managers.

  2. A demo every week

A link you can click and try, on the same day each week.

  3. Decisions in writing

Anything agreed on a call is confirmed in writing, so nothing depends on memory.

  4. A reply within one business day

Whatever the question, you are not left waiting.

Questions

About the way we work.

All questions and answers
Do you charge for the quote?

No. The first call and the written quote are free, and there is no obligation to go ahead.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need yet?

That is normal. Describe the problem and we’ll help you turn it into a scope on the first call. You don’t need a specification before you get in touch.

Can I change my mind during the build?

Yes. Small adjustments are part of the weekly feedback. Anything that adds real work is quoted before we do it, so you can decide whether it is worth it.

What if the project runs late?

Weekly demos mean you see a slip early, not at the end. If the delay is ours, the fixed price doesn’t change.

Can I stop the project partway through?

You pay by milestone, so you can stop at the end of any milestone and keep everything delivered and paid for up to that point.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request, before you share any details.

Step one takes two minutes.

Send a few lines about what you need. You’ll hear back within one business day, and the quote is free.
