So the way we work is built around removing those unknowns. The price is fixed and written down before we start. Something new is on your screen every week. The code and the accounts are in your name from the first day.

They sound obvious. They are also the first things to go when a project is under pressure, which is why we wrote them down.

    A project shouldn’t start with a number that might double. You get the scope and a fixed price in writing before we write a line of code.

    Status updates are easy to write and hard to trust. Every week you get something you can click.

    Choose boring technology

    We use mainstream, well-supported tools on purpose. They are easier to hire for, cheaper to host and still maintained in five years.

    It’s yours

    Your code, your accounts, your domain. We set things up so you can leave whenever you like, and hope you won’t want to.

    Tell the truth early

    If something will take longer, cost more or isn’t a good idea, you hear it from us straight away, while there is still time to choose.

    Finish the job

    Launch is not the end. We stay for the first 30 days to fix what real use turns up, and longer if you want us to.

  • We don’t start without a written scope

    If it isn’t written down, it isn’t agreed. That protects you as much as us.

  • We don’t sell custom software when a ready-made tool will do

    If Shopify or an existing product solves your problem, we’ll say so, even when it means a smaller project.

  • We don’t lock you in

    No private licences, no accounts in our name, no code you can’t take elsewhere.

  • We don’t go quiet

    A demo every week and a reply within one business day, whether the news is good or not.
