It can, if it is built carelessly. We ground answers in your own documents and data, show sources where that helps, and set the system to say it doesn’t know rather than guess. For anything high-stakes we keep a person in the loop.
Is my business data safe?
We build on API plans where your data is not used to train the provider’s models, and we can keep sensitive fields out of prompts altogether. You’ll see exactly what is sent where before anything goes live.
What does it cost to run an AI feature?
Running costs depend on usage: how many messages, documents or images you process. We estimate the monthly cost before we build, set spending limits, and choose the smallest model that does the job well.
Do I need a lot of data to start?
For chatbots and document search, no: your existing documents, FAQs and policies are enough. For computer vision you need example images or footage, and we’ll tell you how many after seeing a sample.
