Hosting & Maintenance
Website maintenance from people who are actually watching.
Updates, backups, speed work, deployment pipelines and monitoring, so your site stays fast, secure and online, and you hear about problems from us rather than from your customers.
- Uptime and error monitoring with alerts
- Backups you can actually restore from
- Releases deployed by pipeline, not by hand

Tell us what you need
Is this you?
A good fit if any of these sound familiar.
- Nobody is clearly responsible for updates, backups and security.
- The site is slow and you don’t know why.
- Releases are done by hand, and things break when they go out.
- You find out about downtime from your customers.

What does a monthly maintenance plan include?
Software and security updates, backups, uptime monitoring and an agreed amount of small changes each month. The exact scope is written into your plan, so you always know what is covered.
My site is slow. How much faster can you make it?
That depends on what is slowing it down, so we measure first. You get a short report with the causes and the expected gains before any work starts. The usual culprits are heavy images and scripts, missing caching and slow database queries.
Can you take over a site you didn’t build?
Yes. We begin with an audit of the code, hosting and access, fix anything urgent, then move the site onto a regular maintenance schedule.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
No. We work with the hosting you already have. If it is holding the site back, we’ll say so and explain the options, but the choice is yours.
How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
Monitoring alerts us as soon as the site goes down, and you get a reply within one business day on any request. If you need guaranteed response times, we agree them in writing as part of your plan.
